Birth/Death Certificate Information

We Now have Access to all Birth Certificates in the State of Ohio. The Kenton-Hardin Health Department maintains Hardin County birth and death records from the year 1909 to the present. Birth and death records prior to 1909 can be found at the Hardin County Probate Court 419-674-2230 located in the Courthouse.

We offer prompt service during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday,
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We close for lunch 12 to 12:30.

ALL REQUESTS BY MAIL MUST ACCOMPANY A MONEY ORDER
